1. SALES ASSISTANTS (BASED IN MELAKA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To carry out all aspects of retail outlet operations including sales, inventory & customer service.
  • Assist customers to find products they are looking for in the shop and make the customer aware of any special offers or promotions available.
  • Ensure proper stock control, receiving of goods and cashiering.
  • Prepare and display merchandise with proper POP cards and designated shelves in an attractive manner.
  • Updating prices, product labelling , merchandising and housekeeping of display counters
  • Ensure that all merchandise has proper and clean price tags.
  • Arrange fixtures and report accordingly if found lighting failures, merchandise breakage or defects.
  • Identify fast selling items and advise Superior on necessary of special display.
  • Ensure sufficient stocks of wrapping papers, bags, sales stationery and forms for internal use.
  • Be aware of what all the customers in the shop are doing, to guard against shoplifting.
 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Required language(s): fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in retail line.
  • Computer literate will be added advantage (knowledge in Microsoft Office).
  • Dynamic, aggressive and sales-oriented.
  • Possess a pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Customer focused and enjoys interacting with people.
  • Effective team player.

2. BOUTIQUE STORE MANAGER (BASED IN MELAKA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the overseeing the set-up up of the POPLOOK physical store. Top management has already engaged, designed and approved design and layout of store. Manager to liaise with existing contractor to make sure everything is set up correctly and on time.
  • Responsible for setting up POS system with the help of team from Headquarters.
  • Responsible for putting together a team to run the store.
  • Responsible for Inventory Management to ensure the accuracy of stock level and transactions, communicate with the main warehouse for all items that requires restocking.
  • Accountable for cash till and shop opening and closing.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure smooth running of daily operations (planning of roster, the performance of staff, coaching, merchandise display, etc.).
  • Report on customer needs and sales/returns for accounting purposes.
  • Lead the maintenance of the store and its products to the highest standards of safety compliance, quality and visual merchandising.
  • Develop business strategies to increase our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
  • Lead sales campaigns and initiatives with staff.
  • Work closely with various department representatives (marketing, graphic, operations, etc.) to improve the store, network, brand and updates.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma and Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Senior Executives specializing in Sales Retail/ General or equivalent are preferred
  • Competent MS Office: Word and Excel.
  • Good follow up and communication skill, aggressive and target oriented, independent and able to work with minimum supervision and good interpersonal skills.
  • 3-4 months Contract
  • Able to work on weekend & public holiday.
 
 

3. GRAPHIC MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER (BASED IN KL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize creative ideas and design to enhance the functionality of the company’s marketing efforts and marketing collateral for print and online advertisements, posters, website, social media, web banners and buntings.
  • Create exciting advertising collaterals using images, text, motion.
  • Create marketing material in required arrangement, size and aesthetic concept.
  • Perform image corrections, retouching, cropping and resizing.
  • Create videos for advertising purposes using collateral using stills/videos taken by the creative team.
  • Ensure all tasks are delivered on a timely, punctual basis.
  • Responsible for staying up to date on the latest industry creative trends and design tools.
  • To present finalized ideas and concepts to management.
  • Work with the Marketing team to understand company brand and marketing initiatives and execute assigned design projects from concept through completion.
  • Ensure compliance standards and meticulous checking to producing accurate, high-quality work within deadlines.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Have experience in video editing
  • Preferably have experience in motion graphics and animation
  • Preferably have experience/interest in basic illustration
  • Good spoken and written English and Malay.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Creative, passionate, positive, persistent, meticulous and highly motivated.
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with people of all levels.

3. INFLUENCER & MEDIA MARKETING EXECUTIVE (BASED IN KL)

 To manage all the Influencer and Media Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all Influencer marketing, build and maintain relationships with all Influencers under POPLOOK.
  • Manage all sponsorships to influencers, manage orders, handle shipping, track influencer posts, and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Generate and propose ideas on how to use Influencers in creative ways for marketing and branding.
  • Always on the lookout for new, suitable influencers to promote the POPLOOK brand
  • Manage and encourage Influencer involvement during POPLOOK events.
  • Manage all media sponsorships and loans, this includes television programs, films etc
  • Manage all published media marketing e.g. magazines, newspapers.
  • Create high quality media kits and press releases for POPLOOK campaigns and to send these to relevant media channels.
  • Work within the marketing team on marketing ideas for all campaigns.
  • Work with other teams within POPLOOK on marketing plans for upcoming collections and campaigns.
  • Manage styling when required for marketing (influencer sponsorships).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate preferred to possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree.
  • Required language(s): fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferred to have experience in social media content management
  • Good knowledge of Social Media channels and Influencer scene
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist the Store Manager in monitoring overall store operations.
  • Knowledge of standard operating systems in retail malls, maintain adherence to policy and procedure.
  • Capability to instruct and monitor staff.
  • To assist in hiring and preparing work schedules to ensure manpower, optimal sales and productivity to the business.

  • Assist Store Manager with providing a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise.
